Well that’s kind of what you do when you move. Right? We decided to totally change styles. I am a shabby chic kind of girl. Which is really, well . . .for lack of a better word “Girly”. It was rather unfair to Converse Boy and so I am a reformed Shabby Chic kind of girl.
It’s been pretty fun actually going for a more mod (don’t tell Converse Boy I said that internet, it might go to his head). I decided to go green. Literally. It’s fresh, relaxing and inspires intelligence.
Ikea is so inspiring, I decided to start there. I think I could live in that store (really I'’m not joking- I love that place.)
I wanted prints to hang over my bed that are plant-like and would look good with green. I found some great prints but they just weren’t what I was looking for so I decided to make my own. I think they might work. I dunno I feel like I need something more leafy.
I think the poppy is my fave. Hmmm. . . not sure though.
Green is my favorite color. So soothing! Ikea is great for inspiration! They are brilliant for making you walk through the entire store! I always end up buying things I didn't go there for!
